Food handlers maintain personal cleanliness (clean clothes, trimmed nails & water proof bandage etc.) and personal behaviour (hand washing, no loose jewellery, no smoking, no spitting etc.) Health check-ups are done on a daily basis & records are well maintained. All staff members are provided with 3-ply face masks and hand gloves.
